Job Description:

Waaree Energies is seeking a motivated and articulate Customer Communication Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication through various channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers in a professional manner
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups using internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Adhere to company protocols and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

- HSC PASS & Above
- Fresher & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts (day only)

Working Hours & Benefits:

- Rotational day shifts only
- Sunday fixed off
- Salary: 24,000 CTC per month
