Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role based in Delhi, India. The Telemarketer will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce TRUVO's services, explain offerings, and generate interest in internet, smart home, and security solutions. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for sales representatives, updating customer records in the CRM, and following up on inquiries.
The role also involves handling basic customer service questions, providing clear information about plans and features, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Telemarketer will collaborate closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging prospects and building rapport.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide clear, helpful information.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to qualify leads, handle objections, and support conversions.
• Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling abilities to coordinate calls, demos, and follow-up meetings efficiently.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call center software are beneficial.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and maintain consistent performance in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken) is preferred; additional local languages are a plus.
