Job Title: Marketplaces and Quickcommerce Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketplaces and Quickcommerce - Marketing Executive to manage our sales across leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.). The ideal candidate should have experience working with D2C brands or agencies handling D2C clients and a strong focus on order scaling and performance growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Run and optimize ads and promotions on marketplaces and Q-commerce platforms.
• Manage daily operations including order processing, PO management, listing updates, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, supply, marketing) for smooth execution of campaigns and launches.
• Implement strategies to scale orders and improve platform performance.
• Maintain relationships with platform managers and troubleshoot operational issues.

Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience managing e-commerce operations in D2C or agency setup.
• Hands-on experience with PO model, ad platforms, and backend portals.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, metrics, and scaling techniques.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
