About the Role
We're looking for a driven and collaborative Marketing and Pursuits Consultant to join our NSW Marketing Pursuits team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This key role is crucial in executing TSA Riley's tender submissions (through administration, coordination and writing) and regional marketing strategy. You will help ensure the quality of all submissions, working closely with teams across the state and leadership teams to secure new opportunities.
In this role, you will support client engagement and conversion by developing compelling bid content and applying client and competitor intelligence to enhance bid strategies. Your focus will be on aligning submissions with TSA Riley's strategic objectives, ensuring all responses reflect our strengths and values.
This position also assists with building brand awareness through events, sponsorships and memberships in our NSW business. You will work with leadership to plan and execute activities that align with our strategic business goals, helping to position TSA Riley as a leader within both the property and infrastructure sectors.
About You
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent in related discipline.
With 2-4 years' experience in Pursuits or Marketing roles, you have worked within the property, infrastructure, professional services and public sectors (or similar).
You have a background in tendering, with an understanding of compliance requirements.
You have experience managing the end-to-end bid process, including bid response writing and delivery.
You have the flexibility to work across the Pursuits and Marketing streams with agility to focus and prioritise work.
You have strong communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
You have demonstrated experience, or are eager, to execute marketing programs and activities that build brand awareness, including but not limited to marketing collateral, events, sponsorships, social media and content.
Working alongside the Marketing team, you have experience or a desire to develop capture plans and marketing activities to win long-term strategic pursuits.
