Marketing Operations & Business Development Specialist
About Us
We are a premier distributor of humidors, display cabinets, and luxury lifestyle accessories, serving B2B retailers and distributors as well as B2C clients. To support our growth, we're seeking a versatile Marketing Operations & Business Development Specialist to oversee sales expansion, procurement, operations, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Development & Sales
Identify and acquire new B2B accounts (specialty retailers, regional stockists, distributors) through multi-channel outreach; build and manage the sales pipeline.
Nurture existing trade partners to grow order volume and brand presence.
Manage B2B price lists, quotes, and product catalogs to optimize margins.
Procurement & Operations
Manage price negotiation, order placement, and approval workflows.
Coordinate freight and fulfillment with manufacturers and carriers.
Maintain inventory and product data across systems (Shopify, ERP/WMS); handle invoicing, discount schedules, and stock reconciliation.
Support office operations, corporate asset management, and HR admin tasks such as job postings and candidate screening coordination.
Marketing & Brand
Plan and execute content strategy across digital platforms to build brand equity and drive inbound demand.
