Role Description: The Brand Marketing & Lead Generation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual in this role will develop and execute brand marketing strategies that strengthen iSummation’s market presence and support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing branding campaigns, creating marketing content and collateral, managing brand communications across digital and traditional channels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. This role also involves identifying and nurturing leads, coordinating with the sales team to drive conversion, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing tactics based on data-driven insights. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to align brand initiatives with overall business objectives and support strategic partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute branding initiatives to strengthen company and product visibility across digital and offline channels. • Create innovative ideas for brand awareness campaigns, social media engagement, product promotions, and business growth activities. • Plan and manage lead generation campaigns through social media, email marketing, paid ads, LinkedIn outreach, landing pages, webinars, and events. • Manage social media platforms by planning content calendars, campaign themes, creative posts, engagement activities, and performance tracking. • Coordinate with design and content teams to create impactful creatives, campaign communication, videos, brochures, and marketing collaterals. • Identify target audiences and develop campaign ideas for domestic and international markets. • Support brand positioning, messaging, storytelling, and marketing communication for IT services, software products, and technology solutions. • Research competitors, industry trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities to generate fresh marketing ideas. • Work closely with sales and business development teams to improve lead quality, campaign alignment, and conversion opportunities. • Track campaign performance, lead generation metrics, engagement rates, and brand awareness outcomes. • Suggest creative marketing ideas for events, expos, webinars, partnerships, referral campaigns, and digital promotions. • Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 4+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, or marketing strategy, preferably in the IT, software, SaaS, or technology industry. • Experience working with international markets or global B2B audiences will be preferred. • Strong understanding of branding, brand awareness campaigns, social media management, and lead generation strategies. • Hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn, Meta platforms, Google Ads, email campaigns, CRM tools, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms. • Ability to create fresh, practical, and business-focused marketing ideas. • Good understanding of customer targeting, campaign planning, audience engagement, and sales funnel support. • Creative mindset with strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, design, content, product, and leadership. • Analytical ability to review campaign results and recommend improvements.
