Klorane is a French botanical haircare brand that uses plant-based ingredients to address specific hair concerns. They offer shampoos, conditioners, and other products, with a strong focus on natural ingredients, sustainable sourcing, and scientific research.
What you'll do
Set the strategic vision and drive dynamic trade execution plans for each brand, making sure they shine in the market exactly as intended by our global standards.
Craft and steer long-range plans and forecasts for budgets, procurement, and production, with sharp monthly analyses to keep us on track and exceeding targets.
Take PL ownership for your brands, developing long-term strategies and tightly managing advertising and promotional spend.
Seek out exciting opportunities to grow our portfolio, boosting scale and efficiency through inspirational leadership and smart PL management.
Coach and uplift your team of 3, offering regular feedback and tackling tough situations early to maintain a high-performing, energised environment.
Bring consumer marketing plans to life, ensuring every campaign hits its mark.
Lead the charge on bringing innovative products to market.
Negotiate impactful marketing activities and co-op spend with key accounts, underpinned by solid risk analysis.
Nurture a strong relationship with our global agency partner, ensuring their objectives land powerfully in the market.
Oversee and sign off brand advertising and promotional budgets, flagging risks and steering corrective action to keep us on course.
Shape compelling media plans and continually assess promotions and advertising to drive even better results.
Build trusted partnerships with advertising, media, PR, and other external agencies.
Keep forecasting and stock management sharp to ensure financial targets are met.
Align supply seamlessly with promotional bursts and consumer campaigns, keeping everything running like clockwork.
What you'll bring
You'll bring 5-10 years' experience in the fast-paced world of consumer healthcare OTC or FMCG, paired with hands-on PL responsibility and a strong track record of writing compelling strategic plans.
Skilled at steering advertising campaigns and delivering major launches, you'll also have experience managing the marketing components of nutraceutical NPD.
A confident people leader, you know how to coach and inspire a team to excel.
You'll hold a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing (or similar), and be a sharp negotiator with a knack for building influence at every level, both inside and outside the organisation.
With a keen strategic mindset, you see the big picture and transform data and market insights into robust, actionable plans.
You've got an instinct for spotting opportunities—whether it's new products, channels, or fresh ways to grow—and a strong financial orientation coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Above all, you're a natural leader with exceptional interpersonal skills who thrives on making things happen.
