The Role
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels, while monitoring and analyzing performance to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution: Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns aligned with company goals.
Performance Tracking: Set up and manage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM) to monitor KPIs like ROI, conversion rates, and engagement.
Data Analysis: Interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
1 year of marketing experience focused on campaign management and analytics.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
