and managing basic bookkeeping tasks
Marketing
Develop and execute strategies to promote IMVA and its members
Manage content across social media
newsletters
and the website
Membership
Identify and engage potential members
Maintain relationships with current members
Event Coordination
Plan and execute events like workshops and conferences
Administrative Tasks
Handle basic bookkeeping
including expense tracking and financial reporting
Requirements Bachelors degree in Marketing
Communications
Business Administration
or related field

years of experience in marketing
event planning
or association management
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Proficiency in social media management and content creation
Basic bookkeeping knowledge
