St Marys Rugby League Club is a leader in hospitality, entertainment, and community engagement. With multiple food and beverage outlets, a vibrant calendar of events and promotions, exceptional family and sporting facilities, and a strong community presence, the Club is a dynamic and exciting place to work.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing and creative Marketing Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven marketing professional who is passionate about delivering impactful campaigns, engaging experiences, and standout promotions and touchpoints.

About the Role
You'll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering our wide range of marketing activities across Club promotions, events, gaming, food beverage, membership, entertainment, digital and community programs.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll manage marketing projects from concept to completion — from campaign development, creative briefing, collateral production and digital support, through to post-campaign evaluation.

This is a hands-on and rewarding role that offers diversity, creativity, and the chance to influence every aspect of our marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns across Club, Sport Bar, Event Centre and restaurant brands
Coordinate design, print, and implementation of all marketing materials including magazines, brochures, POS and digital signage
Work with internal teams and creative agencies to ensure quality and consistency across campaigns
Execute and support Club promotions such as badge draws, raffles, member incentives and high-profile events
Manage content development for the Club magazine – from editorial coordination through to layout, proofing, and production
Support restaurant promotions, menus and special offers in collaboration with catering and design teams
Lead the implementation of in-house promotional displays and ensure their presentation is on-brand and well-maintained
Support marketing around major entertainment and community events, including planning, advertising and execution
Coordinate external advertising including copywriting for press releases, regional guides, event publications and more
Provide back-up support for digital marketing functions including social media, EDMs, website content, scheduling and audience engagement
Coordinate photography and videography for marketing and event use
Contribute to membership campaign planning, design of incentive programs and renewal period delivery
Ensure timely, effective communication with all internal stakeholders, including restaurants and departmental manager.
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll be a highly organised and energetic marketer with excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences. You’ll enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple projects while bringing fresh ideas to the table.

You will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within hospitality, events, or club industry
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
A creative eye and confident writing skills with strong proofreading ability
Working knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, CMS (e.g. WordPress), and design briefing
