We are seeking a skilled and driven Marketing Advertising Coordinator to join our dynamic team and lead integrated marketing initiatives that support enrolment growth, course expansion, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to evaluate market demand, identify new opportunities, and provide recommendations on product/service mix, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and distribution channels.
Compliance and Documentation: Support compliance operations by assisting with course material rebranding, version control, and maintaining accurate documentation using systems such as Novacore, OneDrive, and Office 365.
LMS/SMS Management: Manage and maintain aXcelerate, Acceler8, and PowerPro LMS/SMS, including website integration, class scheduling, pricing updates, availability optimisation, automated marketing workflows, promotional code issuance, and template updates for certificates and emails.
Website Management: Maintain and update company websites (WordPress and Wix), including theme and layout adjustments, SEO optimisation, publishing blog content, managing web pages, and making minor edits using CSS or HTML as needed.
Advertising and Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and implement advertising strategies, budgets, and multi-channel campaigns aligned with sales objectives and brand goals.
Creative Content Production: Coordinate the development of marketing content including copywriting, media scripting, design, and video production. Skills in photography, videography, drone operation, graphic design, and editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, DJI) are highly regarded.
Consumer Insights and Analytics: Analyse consumer behaviour, preferences, and campaign engagement data to inform strategy. Prepare performance reports and data-driven marketing plans.
Digital Marketing Execution: Manage and optimise digital marketing efforts including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and EDMs. Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Google Business Suite, Wix, and Office 365 is highly valued.
Stakeholder Engagement and PR: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Support public relations and business development initiatives including media partnerships with radio, TV, newspapers, and magazines.
Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute marketing objectives, policies, and programs that contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and strategic direction.

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant industry experience
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Proficiency with marketing software and platforms mentioned above
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $76,515.00 – $80,000.00 per year
