Essential Functions/Duties: QAD transactions (Inventory control, shipping, containerization, QC, batch sheets), mechanically inclined, attention to details (batch packets, lot numbers, quantities added), start-up and shutdown of kettles, reactors, boilers, cooling towers, chillers
Coach, lead, develop and manage production employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results; identify training needs and develop objectives for employee development
Identifies and implements solutions for issues relating to safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction
Must be a team oriented person who works well in an energetic and fast-paced environment and perform other duties as assigned or as dictated by priority and responsibility
Must be highly organized and efficient
Supervises and coordinates all shift activities of assigned production areas/shifts engaged in the manufacture of enamels and other chemical products by performing duties personally or through employees
