Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Fashion Designer cum Supervisor who can not only bring creative vision to life but also take full ownership of boutique operations . This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end involvement—from design and fabric selection to customer satisfaction and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the boutique with attention to detail and efficiency
• Interact with customers, understand their design needs, and guide them in fabric, embroidery design selection
• Take precise measurements and ensure flawless garment fitting
• Supervise in-house tailoring, Maggam artisans, and stitching teams to maintain highest standards
• Ensure timely communication and updates to customers
• Manage order tracking, delivery timelines, and client feedback
• Keep up with latest fashion trends and bring fresh ideas into the boutique’s offerings
• Maintain aesthetic display and ambiance of the boutique

Qualifications Skills
• Proven experience in Fashion Design , Maggam Work , or Boutique Management
• Strong skills in embroidery design, textiles , and garment fitting
• Creative flair with an eye for colour, patterns, and detailing
• Excellent customer handling and interpersonal communication skills
• Leadership ability to manage a small team and meet delivery deadlines
• Knowledge of Indian ethnic wear, bridal fashion, and current trends
• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field preferred
