Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Career Launcher in Surat. The Counselor will be responsible for delivering effective career and educational counseling services to students, designing and delivering training programs, coordinating with faculty members, conducting student workshops, and engaging with parents/guardians.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and counsel students with empathy and sensitivity
• Experience in counseling, student services, or education is preferred
