Role:

1. To manage projects in CEO office with excel or PM tool tracker to keep pace

2. Act as interface between CEO and department heads and project leads

3. To review all reports prior to CEO meeting and prepare a list of review points for CEO to take up in meeting

4. To ensure project management of key business projects across functions and raise flags with concerned for bottlenecks or delays

5. To facilitate projects / tasks between department heads and CEO by preparing summary notes for updates, flags, approvals

6. To project manage all CEO meetings to ensure agenda is circulated prior to meeting, reports are reviewed and marked up before the reviews, keep pace of time and agenda
