Job Description
Responsible for completing business development activities as well as implementing sales plans and managing staff.
Your duties include:
• Accomplishing sales objectives by producing forecasting, budget and market reports as well as reviewing advertising and promotion plans and developing field sales action plans.
• Accomplishing human resource objectives by recruiting, training and coaching employees, reviewing productivity and compensation.
• Contributing marketing and sales information to strategic plans prepare and complete action plans.
• Implement production, quality and customer-service standards.
• Resolve problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements.
