Job Description

This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of luxury weddings. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, creating detailed project timelines, and coordinating with internal design and production teams. Your responsibilities will also include managing vendors, preparing event budgets, supervising on-site setup, and handling crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of luxury weddings.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their vision.
• Create detailed project timelines, checklists, and execution plans.
• Collaborate with internal design and production teams for theme and concept development.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors – decor, catering, logistics, entertainment, and more.
• Prepare and manage event budgets; track costs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and event-day operations.
