Job Summary:

Will be a HR SPOC for Chennai business units. Will be a partner to business on a wide variety of people focused activities – managing their career development opportunities, talent management, retention, performance management, engagement etc. Ensuring the day to day HR/People agenda is effectively delivered and managed. Build strong relationship with the business managers across levels in the business unit - influence and challenge the business teams on development and delivery of people plans in support of achieving business goals and HR strategies. Manage complex and difficult internal HR projects. Build organizational strength through employee .

lifecycle Management:
• Confirmation of new recruits with focus on process SLA, performance and values
• Ready pipeline for critical roles in the BU
• Development plans for employees in the BU

Drive Engagement Through:
• Employee connects
• Fun Committee
• Engagement Survey

Plan and organize rewards and Recognition programs and Townhall meetings.

Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.

Drive retention initiatives, manage attrition in the BU as per agreed.

Identify strategic people issues in partnership with business stakeholders and support to resolve them. Contribute to the delivery of business KRA’s.

Skill Sets Required:
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and persuasive skills
• Familiar with working in fast paced and performance driven cultural environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills
