Job Description:
• Manage and oversee multiple email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with our strategic objectives.
• Enhance the design and layout of emails for improved user-friendliness, mobile compatibility, and overall effectiveness.
• Evaluate and fine-tune email templates to ensure impactful communication both internally and externally.
• Maintain the security and privacy of email databases for future campaigns. Create compelling online advertisements to bolster our marketing efforts.
• Expand and segment our email list, pinpointing the target audience for direct email marketing initiatives.
• Craft and distribute informative newsletters to keep our subscribers informed about business developments.
• Establish a comprehensive database of email contacts for lead generation purposes. Assess the performance of campaigns and offer recommendations for enhancement.
• Report new leads generated through email marketing campaigns to the team for follow-up actions.
Skills Required:
• Analytical Capability: Demonstrated proficiency in analytical and critical thinking, enabling the assessment of campaign effectiveness, recognition of improvement opportunities, and the formulation of data-backed suggestions.
• Team Cooperation: Adeptness in collaborating efficiently with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, sales, and data analytics, in order to synchronize email marketing endeavors with overarching business goals.
• Meticulousness: A strong commitment to precision, ensuring the accuracy of email campaigns, encompassing content, links, visuals, and audience categorization.
• Continuous Growth: A proactive attitude toward staying abreast of industry trends, email marketing best practices, and emerging tools and technologies within the field.
