Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting initial communication, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, online platforms, databases, and other sources.
Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and target industries.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services.
Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and forward qualified leads to the Sales Team.
Maintain and regularly update lead information, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; preferably Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cold calls and communicate confidently with prospective clients.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, CRM tools, email, and internet research.
Accuracy and timely updating of CRM/lead databases.
