Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming emails from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and grammatically correct email communication in English.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to understand ongoing marketing activities and execute assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments to support project requirements and timelines.
• Experience on ChatGPT and Other AI tools for our additional benfits
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain records of correspondence, project progress, and reporting.

Key Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to speak English fluently and respond quickly during conversations or calls.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing or general marketing practices is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Proficient in using email, Google Workspace/MS Office tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Previous internships or 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role is a plus.
