We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on sides of marketing, is comfortable working with ISO standards, and is passionate about building meaningful campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
Research and build comprehensive databases of potential client companies, including decision-makers and key contact info.
Plan and execute mass email campaigns—from drafting and sending to performance tracking and optimization.
Create and schedule engaging content to increase brand visibility and promote services.
Design marketing flyers and promotional materials aligned with our brand using Canva.
Format and edit Word documents to meet professional standards and branding requirements.
Define clear success criteria and performance metrics, and regularly report progress to leadership.
Focused on achieving results and able to quickly adjust strategies when things aren’t working as planned.
Analyze marketing performance data and provide clear insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with both marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and goals.
Take full ownership of assigned marketing projects and contribute new, creative ideas to drive outreach and impact.

Qualifications Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, and Communications is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or analytical role, with a strong understanding of email campaigns and social media platforms.
Proficient in creating presentations, Google suite, Microsoft Office Suite and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop impactful marketing materials and strategies.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively. Read more
