Roles & Responsibilities: Outbound Calling II Sales II Lead Generation II Cold Calling
Inform customers about company's products/services and offersManage outbound customer calls in a timely manner to generate leads that develop into new customersIdentify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/serviceGain comprehensive product knowledge and clarify information wherever required
