Job Description :
• Should posses good communication skills.
• Source candidates from job portals (like Naukri,Linkedin etc.)
• Draft and post job descriptions in job portals Linkedin.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job- post applications, and perform phone screenings.
• Learn develop a probing mindset to perform detailed phone interviews with candidates
• Follow-up on candidate interviews, ensure turn-ups, provide feedbacks and maintain probable candidate list for reuse
• Follow-up with offered candidates on status and handhold till joining date with the client
• Develop Linkedin network of suitable candidates and increase Linkedin connections for profile search
• Become sound in sourcing techniques, take continuous feedbacks and improve knowledge, skills and abilities by continuous learning
• Execute recruitment plans and achieve monthly goals
• Should be an excellent team player
• Learn Develop mentoring capabilities and aspire to become a Leader in short TAT
