Position: Process Coordinator / Sr. Process Coordinator
Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday
Timings : 6:00 PM - 3:30 AM (IST)
Responsibilities :-
• Work as a support wing to the marketing department and coordinate and maintain the database of the clients .
• Draft mails and Correspond with the clients over the mails for the updates on interview schedules/ postponement or any other updates and communicate the same to the concerned department for necessary action.
• Coordinate with other internal members over Skype and/or emails and/or phone calls for the updates on the client requirements and ensure to get the changes implemented.
• Identify ways to improve the operation of own area and to achieve efficiency and results and assists in process improvement.
• Monitoring and reviewing coordination with internal team.
Requirement:
• Must have 4+ years of experience in ANY INDUSTRY- operations.
• Communication and written skills in English must be Good
• Ready to work in night shifts
• Must Have proficiency with computer in typing, excel, Google, word, etc.
