Key Functions Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
• Assist in designing and executing effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates via online platforms, and databases
• Conduct initial screening calls and assist in evaluating candidate fit based on project requirements
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Support in reviewing and formatting CVs
Proposal Formatting Presentation
• Format documents in line with client requirements and templates (e.g., font style, headings, spacing).
• Ensure consistency in layout, alignment, tables, and branding.
• Create professional-looking proposal documents using MS Word, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
Qualifications Required:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed preferably a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Familiarity with recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication skills: able to clearly communicate complex information verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
