Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Instagram Facebook Organic Growth Expert who can grow and engage our social media audience through strategic content, community building, and platform-specific tactics. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging experiences that drive reach, interaction, and brand loyalty—without relying on paid promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage an organic content strategy tailored to Instagram and Facebook.
Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, reels, and other platform-native content.
Build and engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and relevant trends.
Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and content performance.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated on Instagram and Facebook algorithm changes and best practices.
Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience managing organic growth on Instagram and Facebook.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, social media trends, and audience behavior.
Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
Basic content creation skills (Canva, captions, reels, story formats, etc.).
Creative, organized, and driven by results and engagement.
