Job Title: Human Resources Information System Specialist
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support for our existing HRIS system. Your expertise in configuring Workday to meet business needs will be instrumental in driving efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and functional support for the HRIS system
• Collaborate with the implementation team to transform the system to Workday
• Analyze business requirements and configure Workday to meet those needs
• Develop and deliver training to end-users on Workday
• Provide post-implementation support for Workday
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday
Requirements:
You must have a minimum of 8 years of techno-functional experience in HRIS systems, preferably with TalentSoft or PeopleSoft HCM or any HCM Applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks is also crucial.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with HRIS system implementations and transformations
• Knowledge of data migration and integration techniques
• Certification in Workday or similar HRIS systems
Additional Requirements:
A strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, time-off, and performance management, is necessary. Experience with data migration and integration, including data mapping, conversion, and validation, is also beneficial.
