Job Title: Human Resource Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with over 4 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, with a strong focus on HRMS platforms like Keka. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee lifecycle management through technology and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
HRMS (Keka) Management:-
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle using Keka (onboarding to exit).
• Ensure timely updates and data accuracy on the Keka platform.
• Configure and manage workflows, leave policies, performance cycles, and payroll modules in Keka.
HR Operations:-
• Maintain and manage employee records, documents, and reports.
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and ensure implementation and adherence.
• Coordinate with finance and admin departments for smooth HR operations.
Employee Engagement Experience:-
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, etc.
Compliance Audits:-
• Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining necessary HR documentation and reports.
Reporting Analytics:-
• Generate weekly/monthly HR reports (headcount, attrition, payroll, etc.).
• Use data insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, with hands-on expertise in Keka HRMS.
• Solid understanding of HR functions including payroll, onboarding, compliance, and HR reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and other HR-related tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:-
• Experience working in startups or fast-growth companies.
• Certification in HR/Payroll/HRMS tools.
• Familiarity with other tools like Zoho People, SAP, or SuccessFactors is a plus.
