• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies specific to manufacturing roles.
• Manage and resolve employee conflicts, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to support a high-performance culture and positive work environment.
• Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values.
