About the position
The HR Manager for the Southwest Division will oversee HR functions across multiple locations in New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado. This role is pivotal in managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies while supporting strategic HR objectives. The position requires a blend of in-office and remote work, with a focus on employee training and development.
Responsibilities
• Design and lead employee trainings and lunch and learns on new HR processes.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for field roles across all locations, including making hiring decisions.

• Address complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and performance management.

• Implement HR policies across facilities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Assist in administering compensation and benefit programs, collaborating with senior leadership on salary surveys, compensation data, and providing recommendations.

• Work closely with senior leadership to support HR business objectives and strategic priorities.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of HR Management or Generalist experience, ideally with a focus on field employees and recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Willingness to travel quarterly to various facilities.
