Your Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the hiring process at Trendlyne, identifying and recruiting top talent.
You will manage candidate coordination, drive employee engagement and retention, and execute hiring requirements across various platforms.
Your responsibilities include:
• Shortlisting and managing candidates from initial screening to joining
• Partnering with senior business stakeholders to define hiring plans
• Building a strong brand across recruitment platforms
• Developing a network of potential future hires
• Measuring key recruitment metrics and creating reports for improvement
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• 4+ years of work experience in recruitment and employee engagement
• Experience in hiring for tech roles is a must
• HR degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred
• Good skills in using various job boards like hirist, and others
