About the Role

You’ll help us tell our employee stories that matter, help us find the future of our company, help us be the best version of ourselves we can be – from employer branding to employee wellness to new recruit interviews. Working closely with leadership, employees and our global member community, you’ll create the next generation of our Team.

This is an ideal role for a creative early-career or a mid-career professional wanting more flex time and eager to grow in HR management, employer and employee recruitment marketing, employee diversity, compelling compensation and team development.

What You’ll Do
• Embody the can do, will do culture within our company.
• Manage all company benefits programs assuring every employee is well served.
• Chair the company Culture Committee focused on building our culture for today and the future.
• Experiment and innovate across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Glassdoor, and Spotify to drive employer branding and recruitment.
• Support all leadership team members in building their future staffing plans and driving performance across the company.
• Collaborate with our managers to turn our employee's development pathways into compelling stories for the Next Generation.
• Build and manage the annual performance review process creating career pathways built on a foundation of growth and accountability for every employee.
• Work closely with our research and marketing team to create content that drives awareness, engagement, and community growth.

What You Bring
• A passion for employee and company storytelling – whether in video, writing, recruiting or mentoring.
• Building pipeline for new talent and create partnerships with the leadership team.
• Experience in managing the benefits programs and annual analysis.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment and learn.
• Experience with talent and performance management, we value motivation and ideas matter over a perfect CV.
