Assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training and development.
Work alongside experienced HR professionals to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in the field.
Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
Assist with employee relations by responding to inquiries and providing support for HR-related issues.
Help with organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and industry trends.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
Communicate effectively and professionally with employees at all levels within the organization.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Take initiative and proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
Complete all tasks and assignments within given deadlines.
Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
