Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Sikar. The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR activities, assist with the implementation of HR policies, manage employee records, help administer employee benefits, and provide support in personnel management. This role will also involve supporting recruitment efforts, conducting employee onboarding, and assisting with various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
