As our HR Intern, you'll get to manage the full recruitment cycle — from identifying talent to conducting interviews and supporting hiring decisions.

???? What You’ll Do:
• Create and update job descriptions
• Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and Behance
• Write personalized outreach messages to attract top talent
• Screen resumes and applications
• Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person)
• Administer assessments (logical, language, numerical)
• Post job openings across job boards and social media
• Shortlist candidates for hiring managers
• Send offer letters and respond to queries
• Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire)
• Participate in job fairs and internal hiring events
• Work closely with team leads to anticipate hiring needs

• Strong communication interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals is a big plus
