Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates
• Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
• Help organize employee engagement and wellness activities
• Coordinate with departments to track attendance and leaves
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR metrics
• Support payroll and compliance-related documentation
• Help in drafting HR letters and maintaining employee files
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
