As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes. • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate and support training and development programs.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in HR operations and support other HR functions as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in an HR Executive or Assistant role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment cycles, and labor laws.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
