Human Resources Executive | Fintech

Responsibilities

Work closely with management to set up/ streamline all HR and the company's administrative processes.
Support management in the KRA setting, performance management, and appraisal cycle.
Manage end-to-end process for new recruitment and strategic resource planning.

Focus on talent management initiatives including organization and talent planning, succession planning, coaching leaders, and driving organization development and change management initiatives.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.

Eligibility

Preferably candidates with HR experience of at least 3-7 years.
Past experience in talent acquisition is desirable.
Understanding of HR operations including document management, Onboarding, and recruitment.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal\Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders. Read more
