Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Managing Director on human capital matters.
• Engage with global HR peers to ensure alignment with international standards and best practices.
• Culture Development Management:
• Champion a high-performance culture that reflects the company's values.
• Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• People Initiatives for Future Growth:
• Spearhead change management and digital HR transformation.
• Implement leadership development, multi-generational workforce management, and skill enhancement programs.
• Drive HR strategies that support business growth and expansion.
• Performance Management Talent Acquisition:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for critical business areas.
• Drive performance management initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Work with HR Metrics to support business outcomes.
• Sales HR Manufacturing HR Management:
• Develop and implement HR strategies specific to Sales Teams and Manufacturing Operations.
• Partner with Sales and Operations Leadership to drive talent acquisition and training.
• Employee Relations Compliance:
• Foster strong employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Promote conflict resolution and transparency throughout the organization.
• Learning Development:
• Drive leadership development and employee upskilling.
• Develop mentoring and career path programs to grow future leaders.
• Compensation Benefits:
• Lead competitive compensation benchmarking and benefit structuring.
• Oversee reward and recognition programs.
• HR Operations Digital Transformation:
• Manage HR operations, including payroll and HRIS.
• Lead digital HR transformation initiatives.
• *Requirements:**
• 15-16 years of progressive HR experience in multinational or mid-size manufacturing organizations.
• Master's in Human Resource Management (HRM) from one of India's Top 10 institutes specializing in HRM.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to drive culture transformation and business growth.
• Expertise in Sales HR Management, Manufacturing HR Strategy, Operations Performance Management, and leveraging HR Metrics for business impact.
• Experience with multi-generational workforce management and digital HR transformation.
• HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the manufacturing plant in Goa and regional offices across India.
