As a Human Resources Director, you will oversee the implementation of a client-focused People Strategy linked to local business goals, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure HR strategies support business and organisation objectives. Some key responsibilities include:

Facilitate performance leadership and coaching to drive performance and build long-term company success.
Develop career paths and provide development resources to build the internal talent pipeline and successors.
Support leaders and employees to Play to Win through driving innovation and reaching goals.
Manage change by facilitating change management activities within the organisation.
Facilitate workforce planning, and organizational efficiency processes.
Foster an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment and culture.


Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:

A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience/certification in specialised HR functions.
10+ years of progressive and relevant HR experience, including a strong generalist foundation and hands-on experience in specialist roles focused on compensation and benefits.
5+ years in leadership roles.
Experience working with the Canadian market and guidelines
