We're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and support a wide range of HR activities across our Packaging Services Business Unit. This hands-on role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and supporting HR programs and initiatives that enhance the colleague experience. Recruitment is a key focus during hiring periods, while at other times the role supports onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and day-to-day HR operations for colleagues and leaders.
Every day looks different in this dynamic role. In addition to supporting day-to-day HR activities, you will have opportunities to contribute to broader HR projects and initiatives and continue developing your HR knowledge and skills.
