Job Description

This is a Bangalore-based role that will directly support the business growth plans of Sciente in India.

Work Location

Koramangala, Bengaluru. The work arrangement negotiable depending upon the mutual agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage internal HR Business Partner related activities for Associates as an HR lead;
• Manage the talent pipeline, talent acquisition and campus hiring to achieve the business goal of our staff strength on top priority;
• Manage end to end recruitment process from sourcing, background checks to onboarding/training activities of new joiners;
• Responsible for Associates’ welfare e.g. timely on-boarding, prudent orientation, policies updates as required, to sustain low attrition rate etc.;
• Keep the confidential HR records and internal system updated e.g. talent pipeline, targeted employers’ info in an internal system;
• Research Develop innovative TA internal communications strategies;
• Plan and Execute Talent engagement/Networking events as well as participating in promoting Sciente Brand and its Values;
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement e.g. office events, community projects, creative collateral for internal communication etc. to delight our internal Associates;
• Take care of all administrative/business support activities for internal and external Associates, including responding to queries and grievances to closure, identifying and tracking requests for supplies and equipment, and coordinating with the concerned function (e.g. IT or Accts) to ensure closure;
• Submit timely weekly report on COB Friday, with latest status updates;
• Other duties assigned from time to time.

Pre-requisites
• Degree in HR or similar discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in human resources especially in internal talent acquisition, on-boarding/off-boarding and employee welfare.
• Ability to work with internal stake holders to understand the business objectives and to support business as an HR lead.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
• Willingness to take the challenges head-on to achieve the agreed objectives.
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Prior experience in employer branding, internal communications, events management etc. shall be an advantage.
