Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about HR? We’re looking for an enthusiastic People Administrator to join our team and support the smooth delivery of key HR and LD processes.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities—from helping to recruit and onboard new team members to coordinating staff training, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activities. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate records, managing internal communications, and supporting the delivery of a positive workplace culture.

What your responsibilities look like:

· Support recruitment and selection, including job adverts, candidate sourcing, and shortlisting.

· Maintain attendance records

· Organise staff reviews and manage related scheduling.

· Assist with onboarding new employees

· Manage HR data and update spreadsheets

· Coordinate employee celebrations and company events.

· Monitor and report on performance and learning metrics.

· Contribute to employee wellbeing initiatives and update wellbeing resources.

· Schedule and coordinate training sessions, maintaining compliance records.

· Provide administrative support for training and workshops.

Experience
• Proven experience in a HR / People administrative role.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
