Qualification: PG/ Graduation with HR Specialisation

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in Recruitment (non IT), Employee Benefits Personnel Management.

• To run the functions of the HR department and admin related work smoothly.

• Hiring experience for the profiles like BD, sales, conference producer, research analyst.

• Technical expertise with HR-based CRMs, tools trending hiring methods.

• Handle training development, employee relations employee engagement activities.

• Drafting HR policies and enforcing company policies and practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Negotiation convincing skills.

• Technical expertise with MS word, PowerPoint Excel.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and remotely.
