Team Lead – HR Ops Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15+ resources, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional development.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and drive accountability across the team to meet operational goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Service Delivery and Operations Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services across key HRO domains such as Global Benefits, Total Rewards, Invoice Processing, Wellbeing Benefits, and Global Mobility.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other performance metrics, driving operational excellence and accuracy.
• Client and Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
• Technical Expertise:
• Utilize and manage HRO systems like Workday, Darwin, and ServiceNow to streamline operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and functionalities in HRO technologies to provide innovative solutions.
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for service delivery and team development.
• Drive initiatives to expand service offerings and align them with organizational goals.
Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HRO services, with at least 3 years in a team lead role.
• Proficiency in Workday, Darwin, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms.
• Native-level fluency in English, both written and verbal is a must.
• Exceptional skills in client and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to handle complex relationships and escalations effectively.
Please note that all work will be done from the office, and the shift timing may vary based on geography and team requirements.
This position requires a strong understanding of Human Resource Outsourcing services, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
