Job Description: Human Resource (HR)

Position Summary: The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to ensure the alignment of HR practices with company goals, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain talent that meets the company's needs.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and design job descriptions.
Employee Relations and Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for employees and address HR-related queries, conflicts, and grievances.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes open communication, diversity, and inclusion.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
Performance Management and Development:

Develop, implement, and oversee performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on employee evaluations.
Identify skills gaps and coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
Coach managers and employees on best practices for performance improvement, goal setting, and career development.
Compensation and Benefits:

Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, compliant, and align with the company’s goals.
Conduct market analysis to recommend salary adjustments, bonuses, and other incentives.
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollment and handling employee inquiries.
HR Policies and Compliance:

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and industry standards.
Ensure adherence to all relevant employment regulations, including equal employment opportunity, health and safety, and workplace harassment laws.
Maintain accurate records and prepare compliance reports as required.
Organizational Development and Strategy:

Work with senior management to shape and support the company’s mission, vision, and goals through HR initiatives.
Assess and develop organizational structures and workflows that improve productivity and efficiency.
Advise leadership on organizational planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
HR Metrics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, time-to-hire) to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior leadership, providing insights into HR activities and progress toward HR goals.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
Proven experience in HR management, preferably within the industry or sector of the company.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
