The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change, overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development for the organization.

Responsibilities
"
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by developing initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
"
- Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team, offering expertise in HR technology, including HRMS implementation and management
"
- Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent, while managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations and performance management
"
Qualifications
"
- Possess an MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources from a prestigious institute or university
"
- Bring at least 5-7 years of HR leadership experience and an overall experience of minimum 15 years across HR functions
"
- Excel as a communicator, demonstrating strong influencing skills to effectively work and collaborate with stakeholders
"
- Utilize a problem-solving mindset to identify and implement effective solutions, making data-driven decisions
