Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our store team. The successful candidate will manage all HR-related activities at the store level, including payroll, compliance, employee engagement, and support functions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, hands-on, and capable of independently managing HR operations in a dynamic, customer-facing retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding)
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to support store operations
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Oversee payroll operations and ensure timely processing and statutory compliance
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to store leadership
• Collaborate with corporate HR and business stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal company policies
• Lead and support training, induction, and documentation processes
• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement at the store level

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR (preferably in FMCG, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or D2C sectors)
• Proven track record in an HR Generalist role with exposure to multiple HR functions
