Job Description:
Our organization is seeking an HR Training Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs for our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in human resources, specifically in learning and development, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute training programs
• Manage bookings and cancellations of training nominations/programs
• Coordinate pre-training activities, including training logistics and participant lists
• Track attendance and support with feedback forms
• Capture data related to Learning and Development into appropriate systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in LD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
